  • Asking you to install an unknown app, share your screen or enable remote assistance
  • Promoting products or requesting payment through unexpected calls, personal WeChat or QQ

If you encounter any of the above, stop the conversation immediately and verify the contact through the official channels below.

Any website, app, mini program, social media account or "customer service" agent using the ClawPOS name other than the above is not an official channel.

6. If something looks suspicious

  • Do not click links from the sender, do not transfer money, and never share verification codes or payment details
